Refund policy

f you find yourself dissatisfied or need to change your purchase, you are entitled to a return or refund. Below you will find your statutory rights, followed by SAVA Amsterdam's extended return policy.

EU & UK Right of Withdrawal (14 days) If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) take physical possession of the last item of your order. If this period would end on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision through a clear statement — for example via the returns and cancellations option in your account (https://shopify.com/81971741006/account), by using the model withdrawal form below, or by email to info@sava-amsterdam.com. You may cancel an order at any time before it has been shipped; once it has been delivered, you may withdraw by returning it.

After notifying us, you must send the item(s) back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days. The direct cost of return shipping is borne by you. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard outbound delivery cost (if any was charged), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned item(s) back, or after you provide proof that you have sent them, whichever is earliest. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would be permitted to do in a shop. Trying on an item is permitted.

SAVA Amsterdam's 60-day return policy On top of your statutory rights, SAVA Amsterdam offers an extended return window of 60 days from delivery, available to all customers. To return an item, send it back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service and forward the Track & Trace information to info@sava-amsterdam.com. Please include the original invoice, or a note with your order number, full name and email address, inside the package — this helps us process your refund quickly.

Once we have received and checked your return, SAVA Amsterdam will refund the amount you paid for the returned products, including any standard outbound delivery cost that was charged. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s). We may deduct an amount reflecting any diminished value where an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess it. Custom-made or personalised items, produced specifically at your request, cannot be returned or refunded, as permitted by law.

Gift Returns If you are returning an item you received as a gift, you may return it in exchange for store credit, redeemable in our online store within one year. You are responsible for any cost differences, shipping costs or other applicable fees.

Faulty Product & Lifetime Warranty We are happy to exchange or refund faulty products provided we are informed by email within 60 days of receiving the items. The exchange process can take up to 30 days. In the event of a faulty product or shipment, we cover the shipping costs.

SAVA Amsterdam also offers a Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturer defects, accidental breaks, and tarnishing due to normal use. Eligible customers can receive a one-time replacement per item. The warranty does not cover items that are lost, stolen, deliberately damaged, or misused. For warranty claims, email info@sava-amsterdam.com with a photo of the issue and your order number.

Exchanges If you wish to exchange items for a different style or colour, please contact us. You will be required to pay the shipping cost and any applicable duties or taxes, and exchanges depend on available stock.
